Great. Glad to hear it. HR has the form buried on their web site and I spent 10 minutes looking for it before giving up. I'm waiting to hear from them. Once we have it, you can review it to see if suits your needs. If not, we can forego it and create a plan based on the criteria. Objectives and goals are meant to be one or two sentence descriptions, simple and concise.

I'd be interested in this, as long as the forms and documents are written in sensible plain English. How much bafflegab/suitspeak is involved?

I think blog short name, title and link would be all we need. But we haven't settled on anything yet. Have you looked at the feed for All HCMC? It's here:

Agreed we want frequent updating if we're going to have an rss feed on the hcmc site and that the number of posts we make overall meets that threshold. Conversely, we want what appears on the HCMC site to be concise, so presumably only the minimum we can get away with for each post (maybe title and blog name for posts within past couple of days or most recent ten or something) and then a link. Is this more or less what you and Greg settled on in your conversation this morning (I missed part of it dealing with something else).

The IMaP demo page is at URL:

http://lettuce.tapor.uvic.ca/~taprimap/imapdemo/demo/

It should probably have a "software" URL:

http://hcmc.uvic.ca/software/imap

This scheme makes good sense. I would add the imap project both as software and project?
