Checked registration desk first thing -- all OK.
Checked rooms for outlets, and discovered we'll need about four extra power strips. We found four around HCMC.
Met with all concerned for a final team meeting. Discovered that no AV had been ordered for McKenzie-Sinclair or Campus View, so AE sorted that out for us.
Booted all the Mac laptops -- all OK, except that two have bad batteries so power mustn't be disconnected from them. Labelled those.
Took DM and MS on a tour of the presentation rooms, and checked ports in Bob Wright; they weren't connected, so GN has asked for the relevant ports to be turned on.
